Belvedere Towers, Reno, NV (2005) | 450 N. Arlington Street

Urban Redevelopment Project: Acquisition of the 420,000 square foot Sundowner Hotel & Casino in downtown Reno, Nevada. Completed rezoning and entitlements to convert the hotel rooms to "For Sale" condominiums and the casino to commercial/retail use. Project was sold in 2005.

Redevelopment Project: Acquisition of an existing 150,000 square foot office complex (formerly Glenfed Bank) in downtown Glendale, California. Successful placement of a $15MM conduit loan for rehab and remarketing of the office space within the complex. Asset sold in 2001.
