Project Description: New mixed-use project entitled for 420,000 square foot, eight story high-rise building occupying a full downtown block in the redevelopment district of Oceanside, California. The project consists of 66 condominiums, 53 live/work lofts, and 24,000 square feet of retail/commercial space. Entitled land was sold in 2007.

The building will include 4 retail/residential lofts at ground floor, and 12 "For Sale" condominium units above. Entitled land was sold in Spring 2006.

Redevelopment Project: Rezoned and entitled an existing 2-story, 15,000 square foot Pac Bell switching building into a 5-story 60,000 square foot live/work loft project with 32 loft units and retail space on the ground floor.
