Fox Plaza Riverside Spacer

Fox Plaza, Riverside, CA (2006) | 6th & Market

Project Description: A 4 acre mixed-use urban village on 3 city blocks in the Redevelopment District of downtown Riverside. MetroPacific was chosen by the City of Riverside's Redevelopment Agency as the exclusive developer through an intense, competitive proposal process. The project consists of mixed-use residential, hotel and retail components and is designed to integrate with the historic Mission Inn and Fox Theater, which give the downtown its unique identity. After entitlements, the second phase of this two phase project was cancelled due to the 2008 economic crash. The first phase was completed in 2012.

Hyatt Place Hotel, Riverside, CA (Completed Development & opened in 2012) | 6th & Market

Project Description: A 135 room new build Hyatt Place hotel in downtown Riverside, California. The project was part of negotiated Development and Disposition Agreement with City of Riverside. The hotel construction was done by bond financing through City of Riverside's Recovery Zone Act in 2010, after the Southern California's economic crash. The hotel was completed and opened in 2012.

The Metropolitan, Reno, NV (2005)

Project Description: A 5 acre, assembled site, rezoned and entitled for development of a mixed use center including a 128 room hotel, fast food and restaurant pads, and 10,000 square feet of inline retail and office building. Entitled the project and sold in 2014.

Business Plan: Repositioning the asset by rezoning and entitlements to convert the hotel rooms to "For Sale" condominiums and the casino into retail and office use.
