Siavash Barmand has over twenty years of real estate development experience that is ideally complimented by 10+ years of government background holding key senior positions with Land Development and Capital Improvement Agencies, as well as holding the position of City Engineer/Public Works Director for the city of Tiburon, California. He has provided consulting and investment advisory services to investors, developers, builder, engineers, and contractors in both commercial and residential real estate sectors as well as acting as the government's expert witness in real estate development litigations.

He is responsible for corporate business development, ownership structuring, acquisitions and reposition project oversight and redevelopment, asset management, maintaining key investor relationships, sourcing and evaluating prospective general partners, construction management and identifying real estate investment opportunities. Earlier experience included being the senior partner and founder of Mian Group and Vertex Investments, both real estate investment and development companies headquarter in Northern California.

Ms. Najafi has over 22 years of experience in all aspects of construction from management to financing and marketing of projects.

She received a B.S. in Transportation Management and Finance and an M.B.A in Marketing. She has been with MetroPacific since 2000.

Susan Aronovsky is charged with the market research and analysis of our development projects in various western markets. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, project management, and database development and maintenance.

Ms. Aronovsky received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Bahman creates 3-D animated project models using Auto-CAD, 3D Max., Photoshop and Movie Maker. He has 12 years experience in architectural project modeling. Bahman received his education in Iran and England.

Alison handles all aspects of office management as well as accounting duties. Her background is in business management and accounting. She received her degree from UCSD.
